Payment Terms & Conditions

Patients are usually obliged to pay a deposit before the surgery; the balance is paid on the day of hospitalisation (day of admission for surgery). Procedures performed for cosmetic reasons are not covered by health insurance and must therefore be covered by the client.

Deposit

After consultation with the surgeon and finalising the contract procedure the client shall pay a deposit within a 14-day deadline.

The deposit may be paid in cash at the clinic reception or by credit card. Payment may also be made by wire transfer to the company account:

  • Account no. 219943767/0300

  • Variable symbol = date of surgery
  • Note for receiver =  patient’s name

Payment

The admission for a procedure is dependent on the payment of the balance on the day of surgery (surgery, hospitalisation, implants etc.).

It is possible to pay for the procedure in installments by wire transfer to the company bank account (please see above).

Again, the balance must be paid on the day of surgery.

It is also recommended to take cash to buy elastic underwear for certain procedures. The price is listed in the price list on our website under the particular procedure.

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel a surgery, it is necessary to inform the reception at the Esthé Clinic on +420 222 868 811 or via e-mail: recepce@esthe-plastika.cz, esthe@esthe-plastika.cz, 10 days before the date of surgery at the latest. If the procedure is cancelled at shorter notice, the deposit is forfeited.

If you have serious grounds for cancellation supported, for example, by a medical report which you present at reception, the deposit will be returned.
