Pre-operative assessment for treatment under general anesthesiaTo be presented on the day of surgery – not older than 14 days:
- General system examination
- Full blood count, liver function tests
- Blood sugar test, routine kidney function test (urea, creatinine)
- HIV test
- Blood clotting test (coagulation test)
- Urinalysis
- EKG test
- Breast examination, ultrasound

The best way how to get the general examination is to ask your physician who knows you and who has your continuous medical documentation available. If there is no such an option we will gladly offer you our internist who will substitute for you physician for the purpose of the surgery.
