Dr. Čakrtová graduated from the Medical Faculty of Charles University in Prague. Soon after receiving a certificate in general surgery in 1972, she started to work at the Clinic of Plastic Surgery of Královské Vinohrady Faculty Hospital, where she received a certificate in plastic surgery in 1976. Since 1981 she has been working as the medical assistant to the chief physician. She is a member of the Society of Plastic Surgery JEP, Society of Aesthetic Surgery JEP and a holder of a certificate of expertise from the same society.
